We started Sorted Labs because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and good intentions. Smart people doing dumb admin. Hours lost to processes that should take minutes.

The technology to fix these problems exists. But most businesses don't have a CTO, don't know where to start, and don't trust the last agency that charged them £40k for a website that doesn't work on mobile.
